Do you work with my GC or directly with me?
Both. We bid to owners and to general contractors — same crews, same pricing discipline. If your GC runs the schedule, we coordinate as their mechanical sub; if you're managing the rebuild yourself, we work directly with you.
Is whole-home filtration part of the system?
Yes. Every fire-rebuild system we design includes advanced whole-home filtration, built into the central system from the plan stage. In these neighborhoods, air quality is one of the first things buyers ask about — your project has the answer built in.
Do rebuilds have to be all-electric?
Most rebuilds are going all-electric heat pump — it satisfies Title 24, avoids waiting on a new gas meter, and modern inverter systems handle heating and cooling efficiently. We design to your plans and preference either way.
